Navigating between creativity and Web3 technology, I am responsible to oversee and drive the execution of creative projects from conception to completion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, artists, and developers, to ensure that projects meet the desired objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication, identify and resolve project-related issues, troubleshoot challenges, and make informed decisions to keep projects on track, as well as providing creative direction throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee the design function within the organisation, ensuring the delivery of exceptional and innovative design solutions for Polkadot Network, Kusama Network, Web3 Foundation and Substrate. This role encompassed strategic planning, team management, and creative direction to drive the design team towards achieving business objectives.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and marketing teams, to translate their briefs into compelling and rich storytelling design experiences.
A vital role in shaping the organisation's design strategy, maintaining brand consistency, and fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.

With an international background encompassing experiences in Barcelona, Liverpool, Jakarta and Luzern, I have gained valuable insights from diverse businesses across different cultural contexts. My work has been greatly influenced by various collaborations with visual artists and tech entrepreneurs.
I have broadened my educational pursuits by successfully completing various programs, notably the MIT Technology and Innovation program and the Cambridge Digital Transformation course. These experiences have immersed me in the realms of cutting-edge technologies, encompassing artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR).
